REWARD!

The Sierra Pointe HOA Board offers 3 different violations rewards. These rewards were put in place to help curb instances of the most common and visual violations. If you spot someone doing any of these, report it to our Property Manager, and should the information you give lead to the successful site and fine of the accused, you will be rewarded thusly!

You do not have to be a Sierra Pointe homeowner or resident to receive a reward.

$100.00 REWARD – Vandalism, Defacing or Damage to Common Property. If you witness and report someone damage common property such as damaging sprinkler heads, marking graffiti on buildings, walls or fences, or destroying landscape.

$50.00 REWARD – Dumping. If you witness and report someone leaving oversized items at the dumpsters or leaving trash to sit next to the dumpster.

$25.00 REWARD – Pet Mess. If you witness and report someone who fails to pick up after their pet.

Report it and be Rewarded!

Make your report to the Property Manager. For the manager’s contact information Click Here. Your report must be in written form and can be sent via snail mail or email. Please do not call the manager because verbal reports are not accepted.

To be effective the information you report needs to be specific. Include dates, times, building numbers, and names if you know them. A picture is worth a thousand words so attach a photo if you can. Example;

Don’t report – “The guy who lives at the end of the building across from me left an old dishwasher at the dumpster.”

Do report – “On July 4, 2008, the man from unit 3555 #A, left an old dishwasher beside the dumpster located on the West end of Rebecca Lane. He left the dishwasher at the dumpster sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 am. A photo of the dishwasher is attached.”

Include your name, mailing address, and phone number with your report. The manager can’t accept a verbal report however she may need to contact you.
