The Sierra Pointe HOA Board offers three different violation rewards. These rewards were put in place to help curb instances of the most frequent and visual violations that occur on our property. If you spot someone doing any of these, report it to our Property Manager, and should the information you give lead to the successful cite and fine of the accused, you will be rewarded thusly (you do NOT have to be a Sierra Pointe homeowner or resident to receive a reward):

The Vandalism Reward - $100.00: If you witness and report vandalism being done to our property, such as someone breaking a window, marking graffiti, damaging sprinkler heads, destroying landscaping.

The Improper Dumping Reward - $50.00: If you witness and report someone dumping oversized items such as appliances, furniture and building materials into our dumpsters, or just leaving it sitting next to them, or someone who doesn't even live here dumping items into our dumpsters.

The Pet Mess Reward - $25.00: If you witness and report someone allowing their pet's feces to be left in commons or in other manners against rules and regulations.
